What is VIP service?

Our VIP service waits for you in front of the luggage band. For domestic flights in front of band number 1 and for international flights in front of band number 7.
We also offer cold drinks and towels in the national lounge and in the main desk and disinfectant wipes . You will also be transported in a luxury vehicle with all comforts so that your journey is pleasant and calm.ilo.

What is the difference between regular service and VIP service?

The main difference between our two services is the vehicle selection and amenities.
The VIP service includes seeing your name on a screen in front of the corresponding baggage band. Domestic flights are in front of band number 1 and international flights are in front of band number 7. We also offer in the national lounge and in the main desk cold drinks and disinfectant wipes.

In regular service, you will be assigned a regular car. In both cases we will do everything to make your journey calm and pleasant.

Can I request additional stops during the transportation service?

How will I be picked up at the airport?

On arrival the pilot will inform you the number of the band where your luggage will be available. When you pick it up and move a few steps further towards the exit you will see our hostess well identified with a pink dress and a beige jacket.

If you made a VIP reservation you will see your name on a screen in front of band 1 if you are coming on a domestic flight and in front of band 7 if you are coming on an international flight and you will know that we are waiting for you.

What happens if my flight is delayed or cancelled?
